That Friday feeling….for a Double!!!

We had Jeepydoff Meel showing continued improvement for his 2nd a fortnight ago at Carlmel as he duly landed himself in the winners spot with Joe Williamson on board at Market Rasen on Friday. Showing some good, quick jumping skills on route, he is proving a great purchase by Phil from GOFFS last month for new owners to the yard the Dont Stop Us Now Partnership. Quick to follow suit was Robert Johnson who has been in hot form of late making it a hat trick for him on Friday at Thirsk – that’s 3 wins for him since the end of April, all ridden by Connor Beasley. Entered for York this Friday.

Looking forwards to Friday we have PKR Club horse Martalindy running at Aintree. She has good solid novice form which we hope to see her reproduce for this up in trip mares h’cap hurdle. Joining her in the lorry is our hat-trick winner from last summer Red Force One for the Conditional Jockeys h’cap hurdle. He’s already onto a good start this summer with a win at Huntingdon at the end of last month. Fingers crossed for another great Friday and all a safe return.

Martalindy – always runs in her namesakes colours of Indy Kirby

It has been a sad week for the Kirby family, most of all Indy who sadly lost her pony Brandy at 27yrs old. He had been a firm family fave and had been Indy’s since she was 7 and she will miss him terribly, he loved her as much as she loved him! RIP Brandy, you were a superstar.

We have had many pic updates on our ex racers as they get out and about with the summer showing, here are a few….
