Madeeh at Ripon & news

MADEEH Is our only runner today. He heads to Ripon for the 3.30, it’s a 3 runner race, and he even picks up 2.5k if he finishes third. He has two exceptionally good rivals, and despite his fantastic AW season he’s outsider of the three. Today will find out if he can compete at this level on grass, the ground is pretty quick and although he probably prefers more give, 3 runners races at this level are hard to find! He is in tremendous shape and has done his Owners proud this Winter. Best of luck to them this afternoon 🍀🐎

Top Ville Ben has arrived safely in France ahead of his Listed hurdle race at Auteil tomorrow, we’ll preview this later on, he is going to be ride by Felix de Giles with Tommy unable to ride due to Covid restrictions.

Ben before setting off last night.

We have enjoyed a really good winner this week in the shape of WEMYSS POINT at Pontefract on Monday – he won the race he won a couple of years ago with Paddy Aspell and he did it in great style this time under Andrew Mullen. He is a really special horse for us and his Partnership having being with us since he was 3, and it was good to see him get his head back in front after a number of seconds this Winter.

The weather has continued to be glorious and we have enjoyed bringing our first foal back to Green Oaks this week. This is Musikhani’s filly who is now 2.5 weeks old. Lady Chloe continues to hang on and we look forward to bringing you foaling news very shortly. Helen Wood and Kerala have had positive scans to Order of St George at Coolmore, hoping we get the same news for Lady Westerner soon 🤞🏻 Marmot Bay is scanned in foal at Rosyground and she is doing well with her filly foal.
