It won’t help the strike rate but Phil did get a winner yesterday – and he also bred the winner, his daughter Izzy winning on her pony Cooper at the British Pony Champs, a silver cup and a big smile, a day she wont forget for a long time!
Monty ran a sound race yesterday but its hard to make all round Musselburgh and he just found a couple too good in final furlong. Rocky Two was a bit dissapointing , he has run some good races here previously but yesterday wasnt his day. O’ly Roccs bids to make amends for his earlier run this week, he is off to at Wolverhampton with Phil and needs more luck in running this time.

this lovely mare owned by Pitchall Stud enjoyed some time in the paddock earlier this week, she hasnt found her for, yet this season but she is beautifully bred and we would love a win next to her name before she becomes a broodmare.
