Summer is here!!!!

Everything seems better with a bit of sun on your back, and the horses here are making the most of their hols.

Top Cat finding it all far too much!

Phil & Simon heading out for a spot of golf – it was reported that it was more a case of who retrieved the most balls rather than who won!!

It was great to see our Apprentice Henry Newcombe coming a very respectable staying on 3rd at Wolverhampton with Magellan on Monday.

We had a very successful PKR Club morning with lots going on, some of the horses getting ridden out, an equicizer demo by Madi, meeting our mares and foals, a parade of the club horses, a saddling up for the races demo by Phil, and more! Everyone looked to be having a good time and we were glad to bring you all an insight to the yard – although plenty of you are familiar faces! Take a look at the saddling demo….

Katie’s quarter marking demo has over 1 million views to date, no wonder she gets all the Best Turned Out prizes at the races.

Anybody looking for an affordable piece of the action, we have ‘Sophie’, a chasing prospect for the future available…

We also had Carolyn at York in the Macmillan charity race on board Madeeh coming an exciting 3rd, so close!!!! She had great fun and said it was nice to be doing it on a horse she loves and trusted to be good! Huge thanks goes to all who supported her, and of course The Harbour Rose Partnership for letting her use their horse.
