Chloe’s Image

We are so proud this week to report the fantastic Great Yorkshire Show ROR win of our former winning race mare CHLOE’S IMAGE. Owner Beth Hutchinson who has been reschooling her for a year now has achieved some amazing results in such a short space of time, and this is the icing on the cake of a wonderful partnership. With over 30 thoroughbreds in the class, you can imagine it becomes quite frantic at times, especially when they all go into canter ( some of them think they are at the races again with the white rails round the ring) but Chloe behaved impeccably and following on from her Reserve Supreme at the National Aintree Show, she took top spot here and gave Beth a moment to cherish forever as she headed the lap of honour in front of a packed crowd in the famous White Rose Ring. I am hoping to load a video of this lap of honour later today.

We still have her sister here, Lady Chloe carrying on the family name – and one day Beth hopes to breed a racing winner from Chloe’s Image but that will be well in the future! We were well represented at the GYS as Seminole Dream who ran for us  two years ago also acquitted herself well in the ROR class, here she is looking smart…

Its been an amazing summer for many of our former Ex Racers and we were so proud to have three of our former boys in the ROR Supreme at the National Aintree Show – Chloe’s Image, Word of Warning and Black Jacari.

Our Team Kirby kids-  Izzy, Indy and cousins Grace & Liam have also enjoyed the Yorkshire Show this week with some good placings in hot company. Last week we were so excited for Izzy who won her class at the North of England Show on Freddie, booking her golden ticket to compete at The Horse of the Year Show in October.
