Mon 11th Dec…

StennaLeadingFrostyMorn
Stenna leading the string this morning – no run for him tomorrow now Uttoxeter is abandoned.

Its a bitterly cold start to the day here at Green Oaks, with Uttoxeter’s meeting for tomorrow already having been cancelled, the temperatures don’t seem set to rise anytime soon.

We have 3 runners at Southwell on the AW today – Mr Carbonator, Captain Bob & Good Time Ahead.

MR CARB

Mr Carbonator is up 2lbs for his great effort at Newcastle last time out for a narrow short head defeat in a similar contest. He has Jamie Gormley claiming his 5lb on board today, so that should hopefully be a good help. Best of luck to him and owners Alan Fairhurst & Peter Sharp.

Captain Bob is having his second start for us today in this fairly weak looking race with Bob being one of few with decent form in it. We hope he can put in a good effort for his owner Malcolm Long with Jonathan Fisher(7) on board.

GoodTime&JennieAfterWin

Good Time Ahead looking well after his win at Southwell.

Good Time Ahead remains in great form at home after his win here last time out 2 wks ago. He looks set to be the favourite with Jamie Gormley on board again, we wish him the best of luck for another great run for owners Alan Fairhurst, John Greenbank & Colin Fletcher.
