Nautical Nitwit runs tomorrow at Aintree

He’s one of our classiest horses in training but 25-1 tells you how competitive it is at Aintree tomorrow for the 2m4f handicap to start the day. He will appreciate the ground though and is a tough little horse who doesn’t know when he is beaten so we expect him to run a good race at big odds. Adam takes the ride and knows him well, good luck to his Owners The Birrafun Pship. He is our only runner tomorrow on an exciting card that includes the talented Mite Bite in the novices chase- looking forward to watching him in action again.

Man in Black ran his best race to date at Carlisle, jumping to the front at the last for Tommy but just getting pipped on the line . He jumps like a star for novice and surely his day will come soon now that we know he handles this quicker ground. Arabian Oasis (a half brother to Sixties Icon) didn’t travel over this longer trip with as much enthusiasm as we hoped at Wolverhampton but did finish his race well. He may be seen out next over hurdles.

Its been glorious at the yard and I took some photos of the horses on the gallops –
