Thursday 28th May

Our VIDEOS page has been updates with all our latest videos to catch up on.

We have had a computer problem the last couple of days hence the lack of updates, but i can safely tell you all that despite the scam emails, Phil is not in the Ukraine and does not need any money wiring to him to pay Hotel Bills!!!!!! He was of course at HEXHM that day with Indalo reurns who run a sound race in 3rd and looks capable of winning shortly. However, in an efiort to have the computer and mail system cleaned up we have lost all our group email lists and will be having to make new ones – for all the Partnerships and my ‘All Owners’  newsletter list, please bear with me and if you do not recieve a test email in the next few days please let me know!

Cavalieri

Cavalieri

Today we have Cavalieri at Haydock in a Ladies Amateur Event over 1m 4f – Serena Brotherton is booked so he is in experienced hands. He will be sharper for his debut run at Doncaster and he has a decent chance, good luck to his Owners David Marshall and Simon Wyatt.

New horse Lexington Bay is fine after his Cartmel Outing, he travelled the best of all in the 2m 6f event but jumped a bit novicey and looked as though he didnt stay the trip so when he comes back this winter he will be dropping back to 2m 2-3f. he remains a very nice winter prospect.

We say goodbye to 3 yeara old Roma today who we bought as a yearling – a half brother to Agglestone Rock. She has been sold as a store to go  down South and we will watch her progress with interest. Aggie himself had a minor blip but is back cantering again now and we are doing all we can to get him back to the races.

MI8B0C~1He is ten now, a year younger than the evergreen GOLDAN JESS who is looking fantastic and is back doing strong 7 furlong canters x 2 every day – Kyle James has been coming in to ride him every morning and he will be on board when he lines back up at Cartmel for the Crystal Cup in July. We can’t  wait to see these old boys running again.

We were to pleased to see Stag’s Leap win yesterday for Julia Brooks, her first winner with a Licence, Julia does a great job and her horses are always in top shape. Congratulations to the whole team!

No runners until Monday after tonight, but we will have a good few runners next week including Factor Fifty at Market Rasen in his first chase, Stormy Morning has got his first entry and Call it On will be back for another run on the flat at Ripon if the ground is soft enough. There are a number of showery days forecast.

Phil is really pleased with the new French Trailer from MTM,  the horses travel great in it, its just like a new 2 stall horsebox inside and the new number plate means there is no hiding place for Mr Kirby!
