Weekend Update

Apologies to all of you who have been logging in and missing the updates, we are on a imagefamily holiday in Florida, missing all the wet Yorkshire weather and having a lovely time courtesy of our fantastic horse Platinum who won us some great races last year.image

However, we are in touch with the yard every day and really enjoying watching the horses run via Racing Uk on the iphone! Everyone is doing a great job and the yard continues to run smoothly in Phils abscence, two winners this past 7 days and the horses running well. Also pleased to report our final foal born this year, Show Potential has had a fine bay colt to Josr Algarhoud, same sire as Agglestone Rock.

We were so pleased to watch Run fat Lass Run win at Newcastle with Philip Makin giving her a great ride, and then yesterday Rocky Two get his head in front in good style at Musselburgh under a textbook ride by Philip Dennis. He had promised plenty on his first start for us and this was  an improved effort at our favourite track.  Herenowandwhy ran okay but looked like a step up in trip is on the cards, doing his best work at the end under Graham Lee.

image Embsay Crag ran a blinder for  a close 3rd at Pontefract at the baffling odds of 25-1, he handled the soft ground really well. Sadly the waggon had a blowout on the way home and it ended up being a very late night back for Sarah.

Just Paul did not enjoy the conditions today at Catterick, he will be back on a sounder surface soon, with luck it will stop raining before we get home!!

All the horses are fine after their runs this week, a further update later this evening.
