Tuesday’s News

A work day at  Middleham : Eltheeb, Rocky Two , Toola Boola,  Danehill Flyer and Musikhani all did a strong piece up the 7f together. Russ Kennemore was in to ride out and Philip Makin is riding out for us tomorrow. All four horses from yesterday at Hexham are in good order. Clockwatchers should note that Aniknam’s bumper win was 13 seconds faster than the 2nd division!! He looks a vastly exciting individual, can you all remember this schooling video we published before Christmas -he was a real natural.

Our earliest 2 year old, the filly Esk Valley Lady also  did two breeze-ups over 3f x2 and went nicely, she will be out soon.  No more runners until Friday when we have plenty in at Sedgefield and Lady Buttons at Aintree. Phil is giving a talk for The Yorkshire Racing Club at Pudsey tonight, not sure talking in front of a large crowd is his strongest  point! he is getting much better at it though.

Below is a short video of The Dibble Bridge P’ships ‘Next Edition’  taken today, he is looking in great shape and is  heading up to Sharp Hill this week to begin cantering – he has now done 6 weeks roadwork and is ready to step up a gear. There will be an email in all the Partnership Owners  in-boxes in the next day or two – renewal news and upcoming plans for all horses.
