Tuesdays news

Typing at ALMOST Tuesday….5 minutes to go having just finished the Owner Newsletter…please let me know if you have not received it as it means you are not on my email list.

Both Gloshen and Courtown Oscar are fine after their novice run at Carlisle today, both satisfactory performances, keeping on one paced as was expected in this company.

Tomorrow is a busy day with 3 to Sedgefield and 2 to Wolverhampton. We have a couple of pretty decent chances, and hopefully we will be adding to the scoresheet. Call it On and Embsay Crag run in the same race, the 2m 4f h’cap hurdle. Colin has a lot of weight on his reappearance, Embsay Crag has an easier task and has been in very good form of late on the flat.  We also have Iktiview back over hurdles, but he still looks in the grip of the handicapper at present.

The Wolverhampton pair both go with strong claims, although Money Team is taking a marked step up in trip, he has looked to need farther on his latest few starts.

Can Elspeth’s Boy  gain a back to back win for his Owners ‘Preesall Garage’ ? He hasn’t managed it so far but he doesn’t know that!
