Thursdays News

A blustery November day  with just one runner, Moscow Presents at Towcester who travelled well for a long way but got a bit tired in the holding ground in the last three furlongs. Great to see McCoy get his 4000th winner though- incredible.

Tomorrow its the Ownaracehorse owned, Brunello making his hurdles debut at Southwell, Phil says it looks a bit like the Cheltenham novices but hopefully he will jump as well as he does at home and put up an encouraging performance, this really should be his job.

At Hexham we run Bob’s Ticket and Ancient Times,  both are fit and well although this is a stiff track to  win first time out on, of the pair Bob usually runs a good race fresher than  ‘oz’ who often takes a few runs to really hit peak form.

I have loaded the video of the new filly on the for sale page, she is the most beautiful looking yearling and would make a top class show horse, i will have to be careful not  steal her for  showing!
