Wednesdays news

We got drenched again at both yards today, although the sun dId come out eventually. Russell Kennemore came into ride out, and Phil decided to be a jockey again and schooled Gloshen .  We are soon to be getting a nice new bumper horse called Celtic Agent, he has had one run so far and finished a close third, he is due to do 6 weeks roadwork first at Dibble Bridge and could be a top class prospect.

Factof Fifty is a likely runner at Aintree on Sunday, I can’t wait to see this lovely gelding run again, he has come on at home for his Kelso seasonal debut and should love this galloping track, he Needs a stiff two miles..

Kim, Adam and Becky were well in need of their waterproofs at our Castleton yard, and as well as riding there was more clipping and mane pulling, we are sending two to Sharp Hill tomorrow looking very smart, Blazeofenchantment  and Lilly Mae.
