Winner @ Hexham!

Bushy Park on his way to an impressive win.

It was great to see such improvement in Bushy Park yesterday at Hexham. Given a confident ride by Tommy to take up the lead early on and they never looked back for an 11 length win. After much work at home to settle his keen going enthusiasm, the race handed him the opportunity to take command throughout and it all helped see him home in great heart. Well done to all!

Iconic Belle – Nearside with Maisie.

First up we have 2 at Newcastle AW, Iconic Belle having her first run following a break and she is joined by the highly rated Stargazer who loves this track but may find his mark a tough ask today. He has his sights set on the AW Championship at Lingfield as his seasons aim and he remains in fine order, as they all are at the moment so fingers crossed for some more top performances today. Both Newcastle runners ridden by Kevin Stott, best of luck to owners and all connections for a great day and safe return for all involved.

Stargazer on his way to victory at Haydock.

Later tonight, probably after Belle and Stargazer have long been back home we have last time out winner Man Of Verve making the long trip to Chelmsford with traveling head lass Katie for the 7:30. Its well within his capabilities but he has a bad draw to overcome with Luke Morris on board for owners Alan Jowsey & Rosemary Bainbridge. Best of luck for a run to make the drive home feel a little shorter!

From seasoned winners, to hopefully winners in the making – 3yr old Martaline filly ‘Martalindy’ has been enjoying the beginnings of her education in the experienced hands of Sammi and is doing very well….

A Sad Farewell To A Past Stable Star…We are very sad to report the loss of our wonderful Platinum to inoperable colic with his devoted Owners Lisa & Ian Blick. They had given him a wonderful life after racing and together he & Lisa were going from strength to strength in dressage and ROR events. He was the hugest character and he’s been taken too soon. He was owned by Phil and Pippa during his racing career, giving them some great days to remember and he had a special place in Pippa’s heart. Here is his video made by us after his retirement.
