Freezing Friday

Abington Park wrapped up warm

Our Cheltenham & Aintree hopefuls are opening the show at Doncaster today, there’s just 45 minutes until Top Ville Ben & Lady Buttons step onto the track for a racecourse gallop, Tommy & Adam on board. Neither horse has their targets finalised yet – Lady B has 3 entries at Cheltenham and no rush to make any decisions. Ben could go either way, the National or The Betfair Bowl – he’s being kept fresh for either while many will have a hard slog at Cheltenham. Later in the card we have newcomer BUSHYPARK contesting his first rules race in the novice hurdle. He’s a chaser of the future having shown solid pointing form in Ireland.

We’ve had an incredible response to our Cheltenham video posted on Facebook on Tuesday…

Many of you have taken this little horse to your hearts… he has a huge following and rightly so as he is our own version of Tiger Roll – small but a great jumper with a huge heart.

Cheeky Little Bruce

Exciting young mare, MIDNIGHT LEGACY owned by Hambleton Racing

We’ve plenty of runners the next few days, and while the wind is set to blow a gale again tomorrow, the racing should still all be on and our team back at home will be working hard in the nasty weather.
