Monday’s News, Winner & videos!

A smooth victory for Nicely Indeed & Sean Quinlan

Sedgefield Success ⭐️

It was heartwarming to see the confidence that Nicely Indeed has gained from his Boxing Day success and yesterday at Sedgefield the result never looked in danger – Nicely just being urged out hands and heels by Sean who has built up an excellent partnership with him and gave him the coolest of waiting rides. Running for the first time in Alan & Rosemary Jowsey’s new colours, he also had new part Owner there, Diane Mckeowan to support him and what a great first win for her to enjoy.

This result also gave Victor a lot of satisfaction, he rides him every day at home, drove him there & led him up – he has a lot of confidence in this horse and tells me he thinks he could run up a sequence now he has found his confidence. We won’t argue with that!

And the Racing Post analysis….

Today we have just the one runner and it’s a heck of a trip! Phil has set off to Ludlow with Lady Cara who makes her swansong in the Mares Hurdle before going home to her Owners – it’s time for her to become a broodmare and we’re sure this lovely looking winning daughter of Robin des Champs will breed some quality foals. Hopefully she can become a double winner first!

As promised we shortly  have Lady Buttons winning video which has taken quite a while to make as we have included the interviews. It’s still loading to YouTube and will be posted here by lunchtime. In the meantime here is an article about her in today’s Racing Post plus a video with her friends enjoying some special treats yesterday.
