The Resdev Way last week – can he double up today?

We’ve got a NH and flat mixed trio today with The Resdev Way attempting a double in the Amateur race up at Musselburgh and Nemean Lion & Richard Strauss over hurdles at Bangor. With both our jump jockeys on the sidelines we have been lucky to secure some very able deputies – James Bowen rides our shortest priced runner today, Nemean Lion and Will Kennedy is jocked up on Richard Strauss. Henry Newcombe rides Resdev and with our horses hitting form we are hoping to keep the ball rolling now and press on for a good late Summer & Autumn.

We welcomed a new addition to the yard on Wednesday – the NH mare ‘Corinda’ for her Owner Rhona Brewis, she has a lovely pedigree being by Midnight Legend who does so well with the Mares he has bred. Also on Wednesday we saw Trust Thomas finish 3rd over fences at Perth for a certain top jock R Johnson – although this outing told us he needs further and a bit more give in the ground to be seen at his best nowadays, they went a million miles an hour round this sharp track.
