Catterick winner and video

A kiss from Julie for Shine Baby Shine  at Catterick

Video below

We saw a lovely performance from the juvenile filly ‘Shine Baby Shine’ in a competitive mares novice hurdle at our local track yesterday. It looked a decent contest on paper and they went a good gallop   Tommy easing her to the front coming to the last and just had to push her out to win by 4 lengths, galloping all the way to the line. This was a welcome win for Tommy on his second ride back from injury, and the filly will now head to Cheltenham in April for the all mares card – there’s a juvenile fillies handicap which looks made for her. She looks another well bought by Phil for very small money as a yearling but she is a good looking big filly with a very decent black type pedigree – we thought she was a serious bargain and she has proved to be the case.

Shine Baby Shine was our 3rd winner in 5 days following Nautical Nitwit and The Resdev Way . The horses are in great form and long may it continue!
