Top Ville Ben – home safe

We are glad to say Top Ville Ben is none the worse for his fall at Haydock on Saturday and Adam also escaped with nothing more than a few aches. Unfortunately the other horse involved Black Ivory wasn’t so lucky – condolences go to Ruth, the Jefferson team and owners, a sad day and an awful loss to have to face following the recent passing of Malcolm.

Sakhee’s City

Sakhee’s City goes to Carlisle today for a nice handy field of 5 in the 3:35 hurdle over his winning trip of 2m3 last time out at Catterick. He faces a career highest mark and has some competitive opponents, not least the progressive Blottos making his h’cap debut. Our Sammy is a worthy contender though, remains in fine form at home and wont mind the heavy conditions –  we wish him the best of luck with Adam Nicol riding for owners Keith & Jayne Sivills.

New Britain

We have had a fantastic response for our new flat horse New Britain – with only one 10% share now available – see previous news posts for details if you are interested!

We also have a new 20 member partnership about to launch with a few shares still available. £400 to ‘buy in’ and £1250 annually for all training – including farrier, entries, jockey fees, transport etc. ‘Show Promise’ is a 4yr old home bred by Josr Algarhoud, ready for some early bumpers July/August time.

Show Promise

Related to our first-time-out bumper winner and hurdle winner Improved who is still in training and can be seen at Green Oaks if you would like. We get great feed back from our other partnership members and they all love the friendly atmosphere they get both at home in the yard and on track days.  Please email for further details if interested.
