Sat 20th Jan…

The snow still lingers

Sakhee’s City & Pete – possibly heads to Catterick on Wednesday.
Its been too cold for the snow to thaw, but the exercise continues for the Green Oaks team with some of the horses enjoying the new scenery with an extra spring in their step and the jockeys find themselves having to sit tight at the odd moment!

Nautical Nitwit & Nick – holds an entry for Kelso on Thursday
Asum ran really well yesterday, made all for the majority of the race at Musselburgh under a positive ride by Adam Nicol, after losing his lead close to home he rallied well with top weight to beat the favourite for 2nd.
Tomorrow…
We have two runners on the AW at Chelmsford tomorrow, Captain Bob who has ran well at Chelmsford back in November off a higher mark. Ridden tomorrow by Oisin Murphy for owner Malcolm Long. Joining Bob is The Resdev Way who seemed to thoroughly enjoy his return to the flat last time out at Newcastle where he was unfortunate not to win after looking like the winner 2f out but just beat by Mark Johnston’s horse sailing home with possibly a very favourable handicap mark. Ridden tomorrow by Rossa Ryan for owners Resdev. Good luck to them both & come home safe.
