We were pleased with Stenna’s first run of the season for his Waking Ned Partnership, he was prominent for much of the race and just got tired under top weight late on. He could do with a bit of help from the handicapper going forward. Aniknam still looks to be taking time to come to but is back safely and that’s always most important after he has had problems.

Northern Girl at Newcastle today…

Northern Girl

Janey is off to Newcastle today for the 2m4 novice hurdle. This will be her third run over jumps, after which she will get a handicap mark that hopefully she can be competitive with. She has taken to hurdles well and has a great attitude with her racing which is half the battle already won if you ask any trainer or jockey. Good luck to The Topspec Partnership who have Tommy Dowson on board today.

*THANK YOU!*

***We would like to say a huge thank you to the many owners who have very generously donated money, drink and treats to us this year. It all went towards a cracking  Christmas party and we really do appreciate your acknowledgement of all the hard work that goes on here, everybody plays their part and your thanks means a lot to us all!***
