Racehorse Trainer based at Richmond, North Yorkshire

Tuesday 27th June…

Its a grey, drizzly morning here at Green Oaks, but we welcome a bit of rain for the ground at least. Its maybe not so welcomed by the riders though!!

We have now finished the complete clear out of all three of our in-training barns. They have all been power-hosed, freshly painted and new bedding added ready for another years work. First impressions are important to any visitors we have, whether new or returning, and the horses do have a tendency to create a lot of wear and tear, but with a bit of paint and hard work its as good as new again. All ready for the return of the likes of Stenna, Sakhee City and Courtown Oscar after their summer hols, and hopefully a few new budding bumper stars!
