Thursday 1st December – Market Rasen (updated)

Updated – Another good run from ‘Eddie’ (Next Edition) – into the winners enclosure again and just pipped for 2nd in a photo despite being too keen throughout the race and using up his energy. If he can drop a couple of pounds we would love to think he could be a Christmas winner for the Dibble Bridge Partnership. He jumped so well again!  This little horse has been giving us plenty of excitement for the past five years, and still he retains all his enthusism, he is a little star. Improved didn’t finish his race and its back to the drawing board as he is better than this. Both horses are fine and on their way home.

Next Edition

Our first runner today will be Next Edition – he is bidding to win his second hurdles start for the Dibble Bridge Partnership – its fingers x for a safe clear round and another good effort from him, 2nd here last time. He has a David Pipe hotpot to beat which won’t be easy…. Next up will be Improved who is a maiden over hurdles after some

sound novice efforts. Nathan Moscrop takes 5lbs off the top weight and he is upped in trip to 2m 7f today – we think he will stay as he is stoutly bred but the ground will be soft enough for him. He has been the focus of market support This morning, and we can see why as he was well overpriced at 20-1 in this race. Wishing our Owners the best of luck today at Market Rasen this afternoon.

There will be a new video uploaded shortly and it is Tuesdays frosty morning which was just beautiful. After a few technical issues ( youtube muted my first copy) i have made it again and hope you all enjoy seeing the yard in the early morning plus first and second lot at exercise. This will be followed by a new video featuring the gorgeous 3 year old Bertie Blake, pictured below. If ever a 3 year old  looks like a future Festival horse…we hope he is as good as he looks.
