Wednesday at Catterick
Its a very frosty morning at Castleton with another dusting of snow just to make the roads a bit slippier. Phil has made it out in the horsebox, our uphill drive is always pretty tricky to negotiate in these conditions. Its good to read that the ground is raceable at present at Catterick, updated this morning, however, with snow showers forecast they are keeping an eye on the weather and a further precautionary inspection is planned at 8am.
This was the scene at Dibble Bridge yesterday evening and Izzy and I went for a run with the dogs.
Phil brought Cavalieri back for a little holiday yesterday – he is looking extremely well and will just have a break while the weather is bad.
I have added a new tab above for my artwork, and those of you who fancy a new picture for your wall there a number of Limited Editions’s available, all small select runs. Sprinter Sacre, Frankel, Best Mate, Kauto Star & Denman. I also have Prints of the yard horses Transient Bay, Hail the Brave (new) and Factor Fifty. Examples below.
