Saturday – Newcastle

Good luck to Stopped Out today as he bids to make it 2 from 2 this NH season.

First race: Newcastle

monty stableJames Reveley is back on board, and this is going to be a close run affair, all four runners have strong chances.  Monty is duelling for joint favouritsm although its a tight betting affair, and everything will have to go right for him.

Racing Post verdict: Tactics will be crucial as all four can go from the front and in truth any of them could be the answer. Marginal preference is for STOPPED OUT, who is well handicapped on his hurdling exploits and got off lightly with no rise for winning a novice event last time. Ballyben is progressive and feared most.[Alistair Whitehouse-Jones]

Yesterday three runners are okay, although Kiwayu suffered a nasty cut and that is it for him for the season, Adam wisely pulled him up.
