noir girl win worcesterNoir Girl and Everaard run at Ayr later today, the 3.20 and the 3.50.

Pictured above in the green/yellow/black is bumper and hurdle winner ‘Noir Girl’ who has a good chance at the Scottish track today, she is 2nd fav and has had a nice break since the Perth run came a bit quick for her after winning.  Noir Girl is for sale as a whole or shares, so if you fancy  a very quick slice of the action with no initial training fee outlay, you could be involved this afternoon by calling the Office on 01969 624400 for further details.  Adam Nicol rides.

imageEveraard makes his seasonal debut today, he has finished1st or 2nd in 10 of his last 23 starts and has been improving as a staying chaser throughout the last two seasons.  However, going through his form he has never won or been second after break, and although he is in good order this would put his attempt to win after 155 days and off a career high mark into  perspective. He looks short at 3-1 but Henry Brooke will be giving him a positive ride and looking forward to his first sit on him at the racecourse. Everaard used to be thought of as a Musselburgh specialist but he has won ‘away’ from home several times now – and has enjoyed both Catterick and Wetherby recently, this track which does suit front runners should be right up his street.

Phil will not be at the races as he has gone down to Tatersalls H.I.T sales with Julie, taking Iftikaar and Enzaal. Its usually a sale where anything likely to make a high class hurdler off the flat goes for big money, particularly three year olds which might make a Triumph horse,  and we have struggled to buy the ones we wanted there in the past. The last horse we bought from the sale  was the then 4 year old ‘Brigadoon’ who won twice for us before winning several times since for a couple of different Trainers – a lovely horse.
