Cool Operator

Cool Operator schooling today at Dibble Bridge

Not a good days racing – although both horses sound and back home…but disappointing results , we could have perhaps done with some rain arriving at the track as scheduled.  We have to wait until Beverley on Sunday  for our next runner, Danehill Flyer reappears after a short break – he won well at Pontefract before disappointing next time on a very hot day, the race perhaps came to soon and he has been given plenty of time to get over it.

Carl did a good job today at Dibble Bridge , with 1 staff down he had to do all the mucking out and ride, he is pictured here on Cool Operator giving him some flatwork schooling -I also took this short video. ‘Howard’ is a bit of a natural and could have done many other jobs other than racing.

I also caught the Waking Ned P’ships ‘Stenna’ going for a walk up and down the muck heap….  he is tall enough already but stood at the top of our 10 foot high muck heap he really did look impressive!
