Whitchuch and Kiwayu working up our new gallop with Simon and Sarah
A quiet week with no runners until Carlisle and Market Rasen – we have Triple Eight, Goldan Jess, Factor Fifty & Bold Henmie entered up. Several of the horses had pieces of work yesterday , the pair above went well, and also Nautical Nitwit with Katie.

The three year olds also had two good canters, and they are starting to take a hold now that they know what they are doing.

There were big changes to the yard yesterday too with a good part of the new gallop being fenced and the temporary tack room removed now that the new one is completed.
The office is almost ready for the furniture, it has a huge window looking down the gallop and I am sure Anna can’t wait to get everything installed.

Later yesterday afternoon Phil honed his dog agility skills with Sukey in the arena, she loves nothing more than doing a clear round. Our daughter Indy commented to her Dad as he walked past with her
‘its about time you walked your dog!’ which cracked him up. There hasnt been much time for anything else but the horses while there is so much to do at our new yard.
