Tuesday 30th April

Our runners Nicely Indeed & December Second headed off early this morning ready for Punchestown tomorrow. Yesterday Archippos was just held in the finish for a good 3rd at Newcastle by half a length with PJ McDonald for The Well Oiled Partnership.

Todays runner is Bahkit at Newcastle under Paul Hanagan in the 6:30 1m2 h’cap. We hope he can follow up his 2nd at Redcar last time out and go 1 better tonight for owner Mrs Porter. A course & distance winner here, we have our fingers crossed.

We have had some pictures from some of our recently rehomed horses we thought you might like to see….

Happy Retirement to KILCULLEN FLEM ( Kevin)! He went to his forever home with Tina on Monday after lots of chasing wins and an honourable 4th at The Punchestown Festival last year – what a star staying boy he has been, he’ll be much missed.

 FLEM & TINA

Meg has wasted no time in getting the saddle out and having some fun with the adorable Nitwit…

An old friend still going strong…

Some of you may remember this boy? Our 8 x winner AGGLESTONE ROCK – flat, hurdles or fences, they all came alike for ‘Aggie’ . He’s in his forever home with Mel in Anglesey and has a wonderful after racing life. look out for his Sixties Icon half sister next year, the last of the line. Great to see him still getting his trips to the beach….
