Carlisle Winner, videos & Bank Holiday news

Victor leading back in WHOSHOTTHESHERIFF after his win at Carlisle with Sean Quinlan

It was a great way to round of the season for Whoshotthesheriff, taking a novice at Carlisle on Saturday with a double penalty  and it takes a pretty good one to do that. The manner in which he achieved it was impressive too…we’re all excited about what he could achieve over fences next term and he’s now 2 from 2 over hurdles for us. Many of his Hambleton Racing Horse Racing Syndicate Owners were there to watch him win and there were happy scenes in the winners enclosure.

Sherriff went out into the paddocks today to start his summer holidays, and looked in fantastic shape. He joins almost all of our Winter horses but we are still looking forward to running Don Poli and Nicely Indeed at the last big NH meeting of the season in Ireland – the Punchestown Festival. They may yet be joined by December Second who won so nicely at Ayr, but no final decision has been made. This is his winning video…

Today we have The Resdev Way at Redcar, track and ground very much to suit providing this race doesn’t come a bit quickly following his placed Pontefract effort. He runs in the 5.25 and best of luck to Owners Resdev Ltd.
