Ice Galley relaxing before todays race
We’re on our way to York with Ice Galley for the 2 mile handicap, the sun is shining and we’re in our best outfits! Good luck to Owners Keith & Jayne Sivills with their lovely 4 year old son of Galileo who takes a step up in trip this afternoon, and tackles soft ground for the first time as well. He’s really well in himself, we would just be hoping this hasn’t come a bit too soon since his good second at Ayr, you won’t really know until the race but he goes there with a nice each way chance.
Photographer Phill Andrews came to the yard on Tuesday, it must have been the wettest day we have had for ages but he still took some really good photos, a selection of them here…

We do, though seem to have avoided the worst of the rain that some areas in the North have had, it was a beautiful evening when we took these photos of the horses on their summer break.
