Cleve was a winner last time out and he will be seen out again in the next 2-3 weeks, his win gave us and his Owners a lot of pleasure. Goldan Jess is being trained for his 8th season with us – what a horse he has been for the yard. His part owners The Jessies have a new filly for when we feel its time to retire jess – she is known for now as Mini Jess, or maybe ‘Jessie’ and she is the first foal born as part of ‘Monivea Bloodstock’ , Phil bought the mare ‘Hula Ballew’ in foal to Equiano from DBS. The mare was sold before she foaled, but the filly returned to us from Rathbarry stud, and she is pictured here a couple of months old in Ireland and very small!

This is how she looks now, she is not the biggest but being a May foal she has plenty of growing time to do yet and she won’t run later this year unless she is ready.

Friday sees Lady Chapp arrive at Green Oaks with her colt foal – the first of the foals to arrive back this year.
