We had a great run from O’ly Roccs last night, he led all the way at Wolverhampton but was just pipped by an outsider near the line. He is a very consistent and honest horse, and he may be tried on turf again next time. A super horse to own.
We are heading to the Cleveland Point to Point today for a rare ‘day off’ , Sukey is about to enjoy her first point to point.
Yesterday was a glorious morning up on the gallops at Middleham. Izzy rode with her Dad, and loved being part of the action. The horses were looking tremendous and we have now had sone good results with the recent few runners we have had, These being Rumble of Thunder, Factor Fifty, O’ly Roccs and Courtown Oscar, Hail the Brave had a dissapointing run during the week but we don’t think this is due to him being under the weather and he will reappear next with tounge tie and cross noseband. We are confident the runners are turning the corner, and although we have a quiet week ahead, Rumble of Thunder and Stopped Out are entered at Doncaster next Friday and both look great. Stopped Out was gleaming white and leaping with freshness yesterday with Simon.
Stopped Out
Agglestone Rock looked well with Lauren up, he is about 8 weeks off a run if all keeps going to plan with his glass front legs.
Lauren on Aggie
Giant Aggie next to the Arcano 2 year old.
We have several new videos to upload over the next few days, but for now one or two more photos and an update later too.
