A Grade 1 Bid on Monday – Chepstow & Wetherby

We are just 20 minutes away from Grade 1 action at Chepstow, with our so far unbeaten juvenile hurdler, Skycutter. He runs in the colours of the ‘French Connection’ Ownership, and it is a bold bid in a competitive race, but he has been nothing but impressive so far. Tommy will be relishing the task, and we hope he can fulfil the potential he has shown so far. Skycutter Was placed in November handicap, and has won his juveniles so far at Wetherby and Musselburgh. We hope he can jump straight back to a left-handed track, and if he runs well here this should set him up for a date at the Cheltenham festival.

Stitch Up Will be our second runner of the day, much closer to home at Wetherby. He will be ridden again by our conditional jockey, Joe Williamson, and Victor is taking him with Phil being at Chepstow. Stitch needs to put his run behind him last time at Hexham, he is off a light weight today, and this will be put to good use in a stamina contest.

Best of luck to both sets of Owners and safe return for horses & jockeys….
