A potential new Partnership in BUSBY

Due to popular demand for a Pship horse that is ready to run, Phil has decided to offer BUSBY for sale into a 20 Owner Pship – He is next likely to run on Tuesday 21st December at Newcastle over 1m 2f, the track & trip he has just won over. Owners will be straight into the action with a fit & fancied horse, and a festive day out at the races.  Busby’s form figures over the last 3 months read 31421 –  he is a consistent flat horse. In total he has run 38 times, has won 7 races, 4 x 2nds and 8 x 3rds for a total of £52,000 to date. His best winning handicap mark is 78  and he is now back up to 67 after winning off 64 last week. We are not pretending he is desperately well handicapped, but he may be capable of a couple more wins  this winter season. He is in good form with himself, and seems to enjoy life here at Green Oaks.  This is his latest start on December 8th.

Busby is an attractive 6 year old bright bay gelding by the top sprinting stallion, KODIAC. Although most of his form appears to be on the all-weather, and he is no doubt better on the all- weather,  he has run on grass a couple of times with third at both Beverley and Wetherby, so there is no reason why we could not enjoy running him to some degree in the spring/summer.

His price per Owner 5% share is £480 ( £80 VAT will be returned in the first VAT quarter) . Phil is therefore valuing him at £8000 plus VAT in his current form.

We will make this into a 6 month initial term partnership with prizemoney at the end of the term . The up front keep costs are £625.

🎄 if we have 15 of 20 shares taken before he is declared on Sunday we will confirm that he is now in the newly formed Busby Partnership and he  will run for his new Owners.

Phil Kirby & Ace Bloodstock ( current owners) will continue to own any shares not yet taken up.

He will continue to run in his current lucky winning colours unless an Owner wishes to buy 2 shares and that first 10% Owner may purchase and have made up their own choice of colours which will be shared & registered to the partnership.

To become an owner in him before he runs next week, the total to pay is therefore  £1105 for a share ( purchase price and ‘all in’ 6 month keep fees) . At the end of 6 months you can decide to stay in for another 6 months or we can advertise your share providing he is fit and well. Phil advises the price to advertise on our fb/ website based on his form. Shares are sold in order of a ‘first notified of leaving’ basis. You are not tied in past the 6 months even if the share doesn’t sell. If you wish you may sell your share privately for less or more than the price Phil advises,  providing the new Owner is happy to abide and sign by the rules & regs of the Partnership. Payment to secure your share  is made via a bank transfer or a cheque, details to be provided.

All new owners receive an Owners pack ( posted or can be collected)  from our office including a  certificate of ownership with  percentage share. If this is for Christmas, this can be arranged by special delivery post.

All Owners will be named on email if/when the Partnership commences and any new Owner additions noted after this date. The Owners will be in an email group to receive regular updates, entries, declarations etc and also have a private Facebook group to access if they wish where they can post views & race day / yard photos / videos.

We will have a ‘Busby’ Partnership  breakfast morning on January for all Owners in him  to meet. All Owners are also welcome to visit him anytime and watch him on the gallops. Time to be notified to the office the day before.

We hope that BUSBY is popular, he is a friendly & attractive horse and we feel he can give lots of racing fun over the winter season 🎄🤞🏻🐎

Please email pippakirby@icloud.com with any questions & to receive  full  terms & a joining form to complete if we confirm that numbers are viable and the Partnership will go ahead.
