Winner ! Willing to Please at Carlisle
We enjoyed a second win this summer from lovely mare, ’Wendy’ at Carlisle on Wednesday, ridden by top jockey Ben Curtis for Owners, The Redhotgardogs. Led up & plaited up beautifully by Katie 👏
Our team is coming to hand nicely and we also saw an improved effort from RED FORCE ONE for 5th at York, our new Apprentice Josh Thompson having his first ride for us. It will hopefully be a winning Autumn and productive AW season for him.
Stargazer ran a good race in high class company at Newcastle, he now heads to Haydock for his next start at the meeting he won at last year.
We have enjoyed some glorious weather recently, we are just hoping it lasts for our Club morning tomorrow ! The fields are looking a bit yellow but last nights downpour should have helped green everywhere up again.
