Bushy Double!

Bushy got a well deserved pat from conditional Joe Williamson.

It was another great front running win from Bushypark, making all yesterday at Haydock this time with Joe onboard for the conditional hurdle, we are delighted to see him in such good form. Our second runner from yesterday was South Terrace and jockey Tommy reported that his jumping was still novicey, so there will be further schooling at home before he appears again.

Bushy having a well earnt rest back in the Haydock stable yard after his win.

Todays Runners

We have runners at Leicester, Market Rasen and later tonight at Chelmsford, all ew chances. Sakee’s City is our Leicester runner, wearing first time blinkers and it will be his first appearance in selling company too. ‘Sammy’ is currently favourite but it still looks like a competitive enough race and we are yet to see what he makes of the blinkers, ridden today by Joe Williamson for Keith & Jayne Sivills. Then we have McGarry and Tekiblue De L’Orme at Market Rasen. Teki back over hurdles today after 2 starts over fences, hoping to see him add to his win from the end of last season. Lastly we have Alsvinder who returns to Chelmsford with the addition of blinkers for the first time. If the blinkers do their job and we get a bit more concentration from him under pressure, he can hopefully get closer today under Silvestre De Sousa. Best of luck to all runners, riders and connections for some good racing and of course a safe return home.

The handsome Alsvinder all ready for the trip to Chelmsford earlier this morning.

The new barn for the out-of-training in our new field a stones throw down the road is getting very near completion and will soon be ready for its new residents….
