Wednesday at Musselburgh
Not long till our first runner….
Sometimes a Fox is heading to the paddock now with Julie and looking smart as he makes his second appearance for us and the Smith family. He will be partnered with Tommy who has done plenty of schooling on him and looking at the ground in the first, it looks by far the quickest surface any of ours have seen for a while, definately not too soft. This will help ICONIC BELLE our second runner but there are quite a few forecast showers throughout the day and we’ll have to hope they are not heavy. We can’t help but remember that the last time Adam rode Iconic Belle here he had that nasty fall when looking like they could have won – he’ll be putting that behind him and trying to get the win that they were robbed of that day. Lady Buttons & TC this morning
Welcoming back to the yard today ‘PLAYMAKER’ who will be going hurdling for his Owner, Mairi Wilson. Known as ‘Red’ at home, he is a beautiful 7 year old by Dubawi and for who a showing career beckons once his racing days are over.
