Nicely Indeed & Hannah

We are feeling pretty lucky that we have escaped the flash floods around Middleham & Leyburn in the last couple of days, but we’ve certainly experienced plenty of rain and thunder and our girls are experiencing a very wet Bedale Pony Club Camp.

It’s  been a quiet week on the runners front and our next horse to appear will be 2 year old newcomer, GOLD VENTURE in a valuable Nursery Handicap at Newmarket on Saturday. Phil claimed her last week from Catterick for Owners, The Redhotgardogs and she has won two already this season. This will be a tough ask but at 16-1 priced up she goes there with an each way chance.

New 2 year old filly, Gold Venture

We also welcomed 4 other new horses over the past couple of days – The 3 year old Ifraaj gelding ‘LIBERATION DAY’, a dual flat winner who joins us from Tom Dascombe’s and ‘SOMETIMES A FOX’ , a 5 year old novice chase prospect who has been with Gordon Elliott. The further two new arrivals are  unraced 3 year old NH bred mares by ‘Yeats’ and ‘Dunaden’ , we broke the big Dunaden filly in a couple of months ago before her summer break, she has a perfect heart on her forehead.

We are certainly ‘all go’ with the vast majority of our winter jumpers back in work and those that have had a mid summer break also now back going again – the likes of My Strong Man, Fasterkhani & Novice hurdle winner, Lord Rococco.

Bumper winning mare, Dares to Dream

Exciting Novice chase prospect, En Meme Temps

Familiar face, Eastview Boy
