Just the one runner today-good luck to connections of MISU BULA who has her third bumper start at Sedgefield in the 5.15 tonight – she was a good 3rd at 40-1 on her second run.

For us it’s a quiet couple of months in the  Spring/ early Summer with much of our horses targeted for later in the summer months and Autumn. We have a small and capable core of flat horses & summer jumpers for now, but our best ever team of NH horses out in the fields and we have so much to look forward to. Here are a few of the summer horses on the gallops yesterday..

Dancing Doug & Sam , he ran a sound race for 3rd at Fakenham last week

Misscarlett & Stacey , in the frame on her seasonal debut

Playmaker & Donna, a hurdling campaign is planned

Burrows Seeside & Tommy, good looking 2 year old

Shine Baby Shine, heading to Aintree

Handsome new Tom Dooley

It’s also the GOFFS MAY SALES next week where Phil will be attending all three days – STORES the first day – Tuesday ,followed by in training horses Wednesday & Thursday, a very strong catalogue with some high class proven & potential jumpers. Lots of evening catalogue homework going on this week….if anyone would like a catalogue we can arrange this and we welcome any enquiries for 25%, 33% , 50%  purchases as well as single Owners as we have several Owners interested in making up partnerships.

We enjoyed glorious weather yesterday and the last bunch of the horses due to go out for  the summer were put into their respective paddocks and met new friends and old.  We are lucky to have over 100 acres of superb grassland onsite at Green Oaks, and we can keep an eye on them all the time.
