Phil & Man of Verve

There’s no sign of Winter yet as we have experienced some gorgeous sunrise mornings the last fortnight. It was a dark start this morning though with a large group of horses away to Pontefract for a gallop. Phil has took a big team to make the final preparations to some of his first time out jumpers. It will have to rain soon though however, as the ground everywhere is still too quick for many of our Winter horses. The ground is riding perfect at Pontefract with some lovely give in it, just what’s needed.

Its the Goffs UK 2 day mixed sale tomorrow and Phil & I will be heading there with a small number picked out to look at for Owners. Luckily the new stables are almost complete, the front concrete going in today and the doors about to arrive. Inside painted and rubber floor already laid.

Some photos from the last couple of days- it’s been suggested we make a 2019 calendar we have that many good photos ☺️

What a view!
