*The Resdev Way Wins @ Southwell!*

The Resdev Way won at Southwell yesterday in great style, P.J McDonald sat patiently and eased him through for a remarkably confident win – a great first winner for owners Resdev since joining us with their 3 horses. He undoubtedly loved the surface here and will head back here next week under a penalty.

Resdev winning with ease at Southwell yesterday

It was very nearly a double with Iconic Figure also impressing us with a very encouraging 2nd first time out since joining us – the change of yard and routine clearly sweetening him up and we can hopefully keep the new found enthusiasm going now he has found it. He is for sale at a steal of £4000 to stay in the yard and will no doubt win this back in no time over the summer – please contact us for details on our ‘contact us’ page or Pippa Kirby direct on 07711709876.

Todays runners…

We have Shine Baby Shine and Allmyown running at Catterick’s jump meeting today. Shine remains in good form at home and was 3rd to 2 geldings over course and distance who have won and been 2nd against each other again since, so her form looks solid. The target for her going forward is the all mares card at Cheltenham in April. She has Tommy Dowson back on board today now he is fully recovered from his broken collarbone and very keen to get back out there.

Allmyown goes back over hurdles today with no chasing opportunities looking to suit any time soon. The 3m and testing stamina conditions should play to his favour, ridden by Adam Nicol for owners John Birtles and Bill Allan.

Good luck to both our runners, riders and owners today, come home safe.
