Minstrel Royal.
We had a much improved 2nd from Minstrel Royal for his owners The Gathering at Leicester yesterday ridden by Tommy Dowson. The galloping, testing track seemed to suit this 7yr old by Kayf Tara well – only being beaten by the favourite after an unfortunate mistake at the last.

Baracalu runs at Sedgefield today for his second run since joining us, with a drop back in trip likely to suit him well in this maiden which doesn’t look particularly competitive. Ridden by Brian Hughes for owners Sprayclad uk. We wish him the best of luck and to come home safe.
