News Mon 20th Nov…

Its a bleak, rainy day here at Green Oaks, but our spirits are certainly not dampened after the fantastic double at Wetherby on Saturday for Weymss Point & Skipthescales. A great double boost to the team following Lady Buttons having her listed win the Wednesday before!

It was also an extra good day for Tommy as he rode out his 5lbs and it was his first double – so a great day all round!!

We look forward to the rest of the season with excitement as the ‘proper’ NH begins and our team for the winter get their campaign underway. We have the familiar face of  Stenna still to make his seasonal debut and fresh to the track will be bumper prospect Dare To Dream who we broke in and are eager to see her out. Head lad Simon is of the opinion we have our best team of horses yet to go to war with – lets hope he is right!!
