The view from Simon’s horse up the High Moor this morning

Its Aintree this evening for us with two runners at one of our favourite tracks. Episode makes his debut for  Ontoawinner and Friends  in a red hot novice hurdle, 3 of the runners are rated over 90 on the flat, some with good group and listed form. We are not expecting him to be able to beat these but are looking for a good round of jumping and a nice performance. A quarter of him is still for sale, he is a lovely young horse at just four years old, he will have a couple of runs over hurdles  and then have a break as he has been on the go a long time.

King’s Grey is back to a winning mark, this 11 year old is a lovely horse who James knows well as Keith used to train him before he went back to John Wade’s. He doesn’t always find a huge amount off the bridle but he has won plenty of races in the past and we are looking forward to his first run for us in the colours of new Owner, Brian Dunn.
