Thursdays news

Can mighty Big Bucks reclaim his crown? We would all love to see it but we believe Annie Power will come out on top this afternoon….an exciting day at Cheltenham ahead.

FF smallHEXHAM – The Topspec Partnership’s Factor Fifty heads up to this real dyed in the wool NH track for his debut over hurdles. His schooling has improved the last few weeks and with the ground drying up to good to soft he is ready to make his belated first appearance out of bumper company. Richie rides him today in this  open looking novice contest – there is a decent one from down South of Dan Skelton’s (Lawsons Thorns) , a multiple winner of James Ewarts, and a very highly rated flat horse (94) of John Quinns, Safe Home, it won’t be an easy assignment and we expect him to come on for this experience.

Phil will be declaring Pass Muster for Fakenham tomorrow in attempt to win The Silver Cup, a race we have tried to capture twice before, he has been waiting for the drying ground and Julie who rides him at home will be taking him down there – good luck to Jayne and keith Sivills with this lovely young horse.

Saturday sees a possible 3 runners at Newcastle so a busy end to the week.

Further update later….
